Welcome to Pure Green Yard Care. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clear expectations and a smooth working relationship.

1. Services Provided

Pure Green Yard Care offers residential and commercial landscaping services, including but not limited to:

Lawn mowing and maintenance
Fertilization and weed control treatments
Aeration and dethatching
Leaf removal
Snow removal
General yard care services

Service details, frequency, and pricing will be agreed upon prior to the start of work.

2. Service Agreements

By signing up for recurring services, you agree to:

Scheduled visits based on route efficiency and weather conditions
Automatic continuation of services unless canceled per the terms below
Allowing access to your property during scheduled service days

We reserve the right to adjust schedules due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing
Late payments may be subject to a fee
Accounts overdue by more than 15 days may result in service suspension
Customer agrees to pay all collections costs if the account is sent to collections

We accept various forms of payment, which will be outlined during onboarding.

4. Cancellation Policy

Recurring services may be canceled with at least 48 hours notice before the next scheduled service
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge
Fertilizer and treatment programs are seasonal and may require notice before cancellation

No refunds will be issued for services already performed.

5. Property Access & Conditions

Customers are responsible for:

Unlocking gates and providing clear access to service areas
Removing pet waste, toys, hoses, and obstacles from the lawn
Securing pets during service times

If access is restricted or the property is unsafe, service may be skipped and/or charged.

6. Lawn Care Disclaimer

Lawn and landscape results depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including:

Weather conditions
Soil health
Irrigation practices
Existing lawn condition

While we strive for excellent results, Pure Green Yard Care does not guarantee specific outcomes from fertilization or treatment services.

7. Damage Policy

We take care to avoid damage; however:

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked sprinkler heads, hidden objects, or improperly installed items
Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service
Verified damages caused by our team will be repaired or compensated at our discretion

8. Pricing Adjustments

Pricing may be adjusted due to:

Property size changes
Service scope changes
Increased operational costs

Customers will be notified in advance of any pricing changes.

9. Weather & Delays

Services may be delayed due to weather conditions such as:

Rain or storms
Snow accumulation
Unsafe working conditions

We will reschedule services as soon as possible.

10. Snow Removal Terms (If Applicable)

Snow services are triggered based on accumulation levels
Timing of service depends on route priority and storm conditions
Ice management may require additional applications and charges

11. Liability Limitation

Pure Green Yard Care is not liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
Pre-existing property issues
Natural occurrences beyond our control

12. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
